1. When can I get my order?
After we accepted your order, we will start to processing your order. The processing time in 48 hours.
We use DHL, DPD and other air express. The shipping time about 17-21 days
The total delivery time is order processing time plus the shipping time, the delivery time within 19-24 days.
When your order has been sent out, we will update the tracking information to you via email.
The 50x65 paint by numbers kits processing time needs 4 days. So if your order includes 50x65 paint by numbers kits, the order will send out 4 days after you placed the order. If not your order will send out in 48 hours.
2. What happens if my package is encountered with problems during transport?
All our orders are sent insured. If the order is lost during customs clearance or during transport. Please understand, the postal service is out of our control. In such cases, however, we will send you a new package with faster shipping. You will find detailed information about this in our refund and return terms.
Can't review because I haven't received. The tracking seems to indicate it should be here in the next few days. Hopefully, I can review at that time. I don't like the idea that your paintings come folded and hope I can get rid of the creases.
I cannot believe the PBN that I received Besides the extensive wait, many of the paints were translucent, the numbers on the canvas were dark black, the canvas was as very wrinkled, the paint pods numbering scheme were the manufacturers numbers with no adhesive stickers to mount on the paint pods so as to identify the numbers on the canvas, there was no image of the PBN.....need I say more.
Received them quickly! I haven’t started them yet, but was pleasantly surprised they came from China in 2 weeks!
Flamingo paint by numbers
Turtle paint HQD1270 I have done this painting before and received lots of compliments. However, I accidently ordered it without a frame this time. The canvas being folded causes crease marks. I have a difficult time removing these creases even after stretching on the frame and spraying with water the crease marks are evident. I suggest maybe rolling in a tube might be a better shipping method.
English is specific Framed means a picture already in a frame.
DIY Frame means put it together yourself.
DIY FrameD is an oxymoron.
I paid extra to received framed canvases. I am very disappointed and will return to Amazon.

Average - I do like the option for the larger size, but sorely disappointed in the slime/ gooey ness of the points. Very difficult to cover numbers and lines. Wish someone would come up with like the disappear.
Animal Elephant Very nice set, but unable to iron out the folds.
Wrong colours No brown included. Every is white, blue and gray/black including the boat and posts.

Lovely project! I ordered for the first time from Kate's moon and was a bit nervous about the quality when I found they were shipped from China. The three kits I ordered arrived in two weeks. The well marked, very clear canvas was softly folded with no creases and the paint choices are lovely!! Can't wait to start on these!
